Sport Conwy organises a number of courses throughout the year on child protection, inclusive sports provision, first aid and more. Members eligible for preferential rates in accessing these courses, further information of which can be downloaded below.

Sports Coach UK (SCUK) Courses
Sports Coach UK courses are recommended for qualified coaches and for volunteers wishing to undertake coaching qualifications in the future. Within Conwy the following courses are scheduled, other courses can be provided according to demand. First Aid Courses

Cost: £25 per person for affiliated clubs and £40 for non-affiliated clubs.

Note: Some clubs are also able to get additional funding towards the cost of First Aid and other Coach Education through the Sport Wales Community Chest Grant, as coach education is an eligible element. Contact us to find out more.
Coach Education Programme
The annual Coach Education programme for Conwy is developed and set up in partnership with Conwy County Borough Council, Coleg Llandrillo and Sport Conwy. Detailed within the course booklet you will find descriptions on a range of courses in various sports that are on offer in the county of Conwy, and further a field.
